A Shanghai-based colleague writes:
A DVD I'm watching (one of Lars Von Trier's Europa trilogy) has a long list of language options. English, obviously, French, German and so on. At the bottom of the list is "Australian".
I think you may find it is to do with the copyright notification.
I recently bought 'Batman Begins' and was presented with a choice of over 30 languages, i figured that there wasn't really any difference between English, Australian, American, Scotish, Irish, New Zealand etc..
