Bing goes bong

Here's what I got when I searched for "image search" on Bing. Apart from the "sponsored" site, its first three suggestions are that I use Google - even though Bing offers a similar service. Wait until Bill finds out about this!

After reading through an article about the planned Yahoo-Microsoft deal, which would see Bing be the search engine that Yahoo would use, made me think of the competition issues downunder.
Basicly if this deal went through, Yahoo7 and Ninemsn would use the same search engine, Bing, with the removal of competition.
What I believe ACMA should do is either:
-Force the separation of Yahoo7's search arm, to create competition, when they adopt Bing.
-Force Yahoo7 to develop it's own web search technology, as having Bing on the two largest web portals in the nation would be anti-competitive.
or -Force the Ninemsn and Yahoo7 joint ventures to split up, creating a separate MSN Australia/Bing and a new look Yahoo Aust/NZ, to increase competition.
